Transact Update | Coronavirus Business Continuity Measures
Dear Nicole,

Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to dominate the news and be top of mind for our clients as they serve their campus community. Transact too is committed to providing a safe and healty environment for our team members while also operating our solutions to provide business continuity for our clients and partners.

The virus situation is dynamic. We will continue to monitor developments and guidance from the CDC. We have taken environmental and personnel measures to ensure we continue to maintain service levels related to our products and services.

  • Our team members have been provided self-care recommendations from the CDC and extra sanitizing supplies in our offices.
  • If team members show signs of illness (including symptoms related to COVID-19), have traveled to a restricted destination, or have been in close physical contact with someone who has traveled to a restricted destination and is showing symptoms, we require them to work from home for up to 21 days.
  • We're prepared to have the majority of our team members work remotely if required.
  • Travel to international destinations has been restricted. We are evaluating domestic travel at this time and will determine if additional restrictions need to be put in place as we continue to monitor the situation.

These measures have been put in place to care for our team members and equally important to keep our service commitment to our clients. Nearly all Transact team members are able to perform their jobs remotely without impact to responsiveness and the ability to manage our products and services.

Again, we will continue monitoring the situation and will make adjustments to our policies accordingly. If any of our policies change that may impact our service levels, we will communicate those changes to you.

Thank you for your continued support.
